Tawana Music

"Tawana" (aka:  Tawana Albert) is a Christian Recording Artist/Songwriter based in Houston, Texas. The #1 priority in her ministry is to point others, worldwide, to the truth & hope that can only be found in God through his Son, Jesus (John 14:6).  "Tawana" strives to do this in her daily life "On & Off the stage.". 

"Tawana" has a desire to use her music and ministry to help others.  Recently, she wrote a song called "No Greater Love" that she released a few months ago.  "Tawana" personally felt that God gave her this song to have it professionally produced. And she is in the process of doing a fundraiser in which she will be donating the sales of her song  single "No Greater Love"to The Come & See Foundation (A non-profit who assists with funding The Chosen.  And translates the episodes into hundreds of different languages to be watched worldwide as an outreach endeavor of the Great Comission, Matthew 28:18 & 19).  "Tawana" had her song, "No Greater Love" produced by Nashville Producer Jeff Nelson (Owner of 3 J Cord Productions) at Heart Of The Art Music Studio in Dickinson (Houston), TX. Not long after "Tawana" released "No Greater Love", She received radio air play on internet and traditional radio stations in the United States and Canada.  "Tawana" considers this a blessing as in the past when she received radio air play internationally in several countries and in the USA from her "Just Sing!" CD Project.  Her song "Keep Christ In Christmas" was selected as the #1 Christmas song at a US Radio Station in Kansas shortly after the release of her "Just Sing!" CD Project. 

Also, Keeping with "Tawana's" desire to help others, She founded the Tri-County Wild Fire Benefit Concert. Along with "God's Helping Hands Ministry" as her Co-Promoter, "Tawana" invited several  Independant Artists/Bands to participate in her fundraising event which raised $1500.00.  And with the help of  the local office of "Samaritan's Purse" (Non-Profit of The Billy Graham Ministries), "Tawana" & "God's Helping Hands Ministry" donated the money to victims affected by the Wild Fires in the N.W. side of the Houston Metro area.  

"Tawana" is thankful for all past, current, and future ministry doors that God opens for her to walk through.  She has had many opportunities from small gatherings to large concert venues over the life of her ministry. And "Tawana" has even been an opening Indie Artist for major label bands: Petra and Sonic Flood.  And she has been acknowledged by her peers for her songwriting and music in the past.  Most importantly though, "Tawana" wants the world to know that at the start of her ministry that it's "been about Jesus".  And her ministry will always be "All About Jesus".
